At i'm nutrients, we want you to feel as good as you look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we are happy to facilitate a smooth exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
